Notice on 2018 New Year Party
for International Students
of Jilin University

Dear international students,
The outgoing 2017 is full of happiness and affection, and the incoming 2018 will be filled with hopes and visions. College of International Education will hold a 2018 New Year Party for international students of Jilin University on December 23 (Saturday), 2017, and hereby invites all international students of Jilin University to attend. The details are as follows:
I. Who can apply
      All international students of Jilin University

II. When
     16:30-20:30, December 23 (Saturday), 2017
      Registration for entry will start from 15:30.

III. Where
Jixiang Hall, on the 4th Floor of June Hotel (northeast corner in the cross between Qianjin Street and Xiuzheng Road)

IV. What’s in the party
New Year’s address, 2017 review in video, awards ceremony for excellent teachers and students, artistic performance (singing and dancing performance from various countries, fashion show and improvised performance), free exchange (quick meal will be served).

V. How many can attend
Due to venue limitation, we can only invite 350 international students.
Please apply for entry to the party as soon as possible. We will determine the list according to the first 350 applications, and e-ticket number will be sent via SMS. First come, first served.
Participants please show the e-ticket number for entry registration.

VIII. Notes
(I) Only international students of Jilin University can apply for the party;
(II) If you are unavailable for this party, please refrain from applying. Should you become unavailable after applying for attending, please inform us in advance, otherwise you will be disqualified to take part in future activities;
(III) In order to arrange venue and vehicle for pick-up, please write down your accurate address while applying for the party;
(IV) Since there will be no locker or left baggage service in the hotel, please do not bring backpacks to the party.

各位亲爱的国际学生：
满载着幸福和感动的2017年正在远去，充满了希望和憧憬的2018年即将到来，国际教育学院将在12月23日（星期六）举办2018年吉林大学国际学生新年交流会，诚邀全校国际学生参加。详情如下：

一、报名范围
全校国际学生

二、时间
2017年12月23日(星期六) 16:30-20:30。
15:30开始登记入场。

三、地点
君怡酒店四楼吉祥厅（前进大街和修正路交汇东北角）

四、活动安排
新年致辞、视频回顾、表彰优秀师生、文艺表演（各国歌舞表演、时装秀及临场表演）、自由交流（提供简餐）。

五、名额
因本次活动场地空间有限，我们仅能邀请350名国际学生。
请同学们尽快报名，我们将报名时间的先后确定参会人选，并通过手机短信发送电子门票号码。
活动当天，参会人员出示电子门票号码后方可进入会场。

八、注意事项
（一）本次活动仅允许吉林大学国际学生报名参加。
（二）如不能参加本次活动的，请不要报名。报名后因故无法参加的，请提前告知我们，否则，将被取消再次参加活动的资格。
（三）为便于安排场地和接送车辆, 请大家在报名时准确填写住宿地址。
（四）会场不设存包处，建议同学们不要携带背包。
